Customer Support Executive

We are looking for passionate and dedicated customer support executives who can help manage our prestigious customer base of our multi award-winning recruitment and talent management software.

We are very proud of our global customers such as the BBC, Tesco, KFC, Pizza Hut, Hays, Compass Group, Sodexo, Go Compare, Exclusive Hotels, and G4S, and we need to make sure they continue to experience the very best support.

Our SaaS software is used in 17 languages and nearly 200 countries across every continent. 

Role Responsibility

  • First point of contact for all client queries
  • Provide system advice, make small changes, manage small change requests, resolve configuration issues and escalate technical issues
  • Management of requests from initiation to resolution
  • Support the team in generating daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports
  • Make minor updates to user manuals and training guides
  • Undertake webex trouble shooting and training sessions 

The Ideal Candidate

This role would suit an individual with excellent customer facing skills who wants to pursue or continue a career in customer support and management.    The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous telephone and email customer service experience
  • Excellent written communication skills 
  • At least GCSE Grade B in English
  • Able to work on your own as well as within a team
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • Good knowledge of internet technologies
  • Passionate about technology

Proficient in Microsoft Office
