Client Marketing Manager

Having recently refreshed our brand and marketing strategy we are now looking for a brilliant person to join our team and help bring this to life for all of our clients. We’re determined to not be another boring B2B technology company and our new campaigns will be key to making this a reality.  


Role Responsibility

  • Development of client marketing plan to deliver increased client engagement and value, supporting the overall Marketing Strategy. 

  • Management and execution of client marketing campaigns. Including, but not limited to; newsletters, quarterly release promotion, product up sell and annual review communications. 

  • Management of client data within Hubspot our CRM system.

  • Creation of client specific marketing collateral such as case studies, whitepapers & feature guides. 

  • Organisation and management of client focused events such as our Client Forum and Client Training Webinars. 

  • Work closely with Service Delivery and Account Management Teams to deliver an integrated client communications plan.  

  • Ownership of KPI data and reporting for client marketing activity, including budget management and performance. 

Success will be measured by:

  • Upsell value and client recurring revenue. 

  • Client recontracting %.

  • Campaign performance, i.e. open rate, click-through rate, and conversion.  

  • Progression against personal development plan. 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of client/customer campaigns.

  • Experience in using a CRM system (such as Hubspot). 

  • Experience in creating effective campaigns and  marketing collateral, demonstrating optimisation and performance improvement.

  • Experience in organising events and industry conferences. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Background in marketing in B2B software, IT or other relevant annuity revenue marketing model.

  • Knowledge of the recruitment, HR and/or talent management sectors. 

Package Description


We’re offering £25,000 - £35,000 salary depending on experience, with a strong benefits package including, matched pension up to 7.5%, private healthcare and loads of other perks. HQ is in central Sheffield with an expectation of a couple of days a week in the office and the rest home-based.
